As a CNC tool grinder, you will be responsible for grinding various tools, such as turning, milling, and drilling tools, using CNC-controlled machines. You will ensure that the tools meet the required quality standards and specifications. In the training phase, you will work in day shift from 06:00 to 14:00. Once the training is completed, you will transition to a 2-shift schedule, working from 06:00 to 14:00 and from 14:30 to 21:30.

Your tasks include:

  • Setting up and adjusting CNC grinding machines.
  • Measuring and analyzing the ground products.
  • Ensuring that the products meet the requested specifications with accuracy up to 1 μm.

  • Starting salary of €2,800 to €3,200 per month, depending on experience.
  • Direct contract with the employer.
  • 14% shift allowance on top of your base salary.
  • For employees who are interested in earning extra, there is a generous bonus system for weekend work (up to €1,500 per month extra).
  • 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days.

  • MBO work and thinking level, preferably in mechanical engineering or tool grinding.
  • Proven experience with CNC machines (preferred).
  • Willingness to start in day shift (training phase), then move to 2-shift.
  • Experience with reading technical drawings.
