In this role, you will support the Customs & Transportations team. This team is responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments. You are the central point of communication between the internal organisation, partners and forwarder. During a working day you may be busy with: Stimulating communication between all parties involved Preparing collection and delivery of shipments and confirming schedules Ensuring that the correct transport documents for each shipment are available for collection on time Ensuring that collections take place daily and monitoring scheduled collections Responding to requests from various parties on a daily basis Analyzing recurring situations and continuous improvement and efficiency of all processes involved What’s in it for you Gross salary between €2,500.- and €2,700.- per month Travel allowance of €0.19 cents per kilometer Full-time position of 40 hours per week Temporary contract via Manpower with a chance of contractual takeover Pension accrual via Manpower after eight weeks worked Free access to Manpower Academy, Manpower’s e-learning platform At least a mbo diploma, preferably in logistics Experience in logistics and export Excellent command of the English language in word and writing due to the work (additional other languages here is definitely an advantage) Strong communication skills Good computer and Microsoft Office skills Availability of 40 hours per week In addition, you work accurately, have good analytical skills and a results-oriented attitude.
