As we plan to work in shift schedules in the future, it is essential that you can independently commute to work (by car, bike, scooter), as public transport may not always arrive on time at the factory. Functieomschrijving As a Line Operator at Solarge, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the production lines within our specialized company that manufactures solar panels. Our state-of-the-art factory halls in Weert are equipped with the latest technologies in solar panel production. You play an essential role in ensuring a smooth production process and upholding product quality. Your tasks as a Line Operator include: Operating and monitoring the production lines according to established procedures and safety regulations. Resolving malfunctions and conducting maintenance on machines and equipment. Performing quality checks on the produced items and taking immediate action in case of deviations. Ensuring accurate and timely administrative processing of production data. Identifying areas for improvement and discussing them with your supervisor. Solarge is an emerging company currently setting up its production lines. We will start with a day shift team, but in the future, we will expand to a 2-, 3-, and eventually 5-shift system. Therefore, having your own transportation and willingness to work in shifts is advantageous. As a Line Operator at Solarge, you will be part of an ambitious team focused on growth and development.
