Candidate Requirements (Must-Have Criteria)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Affinity with logistics, supply chain, or inventory management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but motivation and commitment are key
• Reliable, punctual, and physically able to work in a warehouse environment.

Functieomschrijving

Key Responsibilities:
As a Stock Control Officer, You ensure accurate stock levels and reliable inventory within the warehouse, including:

• Monitoring and reconciling inventory discrepancies
• Performing cycle counts and periodic stock audits
• Investigating root causes of stock differences
• Updating and maintaining inventory data in the warehouse management system
• Supporting warehouse teams with stock-related questions
• Identifying process improvements to increase accuracy
