Solarge is a growing organization that currently still works on a day shift, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. With the growth that will be achieved, we will eventually move to a 2-shift system and ultimately even more shifts. It is important that you are flexible in this and that you can work in shifts in the long term.

They help (local) companies to become more sustainable, with solar panels that are lightweight and sustainable. Roofs where standard solar panels are not suitable can still be filled with solar panels using Solarge solutions.
Solarge is easily accessible from Helmond, Weert, Peel en Maas and Roermond. The location is located right along the highway, so it is easy to reach by car, scooter or even by public transport.
Initially the panel is made to the correct size, at the moment they only work with one size so this is all automated (this process must be monitored if something goes wrong. Then the solar cells (the blue surfaces that catch the sun) are soldered together in blocks of 6 by 6. These are placed 2 on a panel and are then sealed. These solar cells will then be checked if everything is in order he moves on to the next station. Here, power drains are turned on so that the energy from the cells can also go somewhere. The final touches are then completed and the finished product is sent to the customer in the boxes.
Wie ben je?
Do you have forklift experience? That would be a nice advantage since we are still looking for someone who, in addition to working as an operator, can also occasionally pick up materials with the forklift.
