About the EDC
As part of a larger effort to invest into its people, process & products, Kubota has recently established a new European Distribution Center in Weert , the Netherlands . The new warehouse is 60.000-70.000 m2 with 50 loading docks and storage of up to 4.500 machines.
The role
As part of a long-term ambition to develop a comprehensive team of production quality specialists, we are currently looking to recruit a Production Quality Worker , who will report to the Section Manager. You will work closely with our current Production Engineer and our partner Broekman Logistics. The role is responsible for ensuring & maintaining highest production quality, in relation to Kubota quality guidelines. You will be based at the recently-established (2022) European Distribution Center [EDC] , part of our Construction Machinery business unit.
Your responsibilities:
Incoming goods inspection of add-on parts and preparation of test reports as well as complaints handling;
Supervision of the assembly of add-on parts;
Final acceptance of the add-on parts on the vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications;
Troubleshooting and carrying out repairs, including function checks;
Technical support of our logistics partner on site.
Your knowledge & experience:
Completed vocational training as a construction mechanic , agricultural machinery mechanic or car mechanic ;
Experience in the fields of hydraulics , engine technology and electrics ;
Knowledge of measuring and testing technology ;
Excellent skills with MS Word and Excel;
Good knowledge of German/Dutch and English .

Inspectie van inkomende goederen van aanbouw onderdelen en voorbereiding van testrapporten alsmede de klachtenbehandeling;
Supervisie op de assemblage van aanbouw onderdelen;
Definitieve aanvaarding van de aanbouw onderdelen op het voertuig overeenkomstig met de specificaties van de fabrikant;
oplossen van problemen en uitvoeren van reparaties, inclusief functiecontroles;
Technische ondersteuning van onze logistieke partner ter plaatse.
Kennis:
Afgeronde beroepsopleiding tot bouwmonteur, landbouwmachinemonteur of automonteur;
Ervaring op het gebied van hydrauliek , motortechniek en elektra ;
Kennis van meet- en testtechniek gewenst;
Voldoende vaardig met Word en Excel;
Goede beheersing van de Duitse/Nederlandse en Engelse taal

Wareneingangskontrolle von Anbauteilen und Erstellung von Prüfberichten sowie Reklamationsabwicklung
Überwachung der Montage von Anbauteilen
Endabnahme der Anbauteile am Fahrzeug gemäß Herstellervorgaben
Fehlersuche und Durchführung von Reparaturen inkl. Funktionskontrolle
Technische Unterstützung unseres Logistikpartners vor Ort
Kenntnisse:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Bau- , Landmaschinen- oder PKW-Mechaniker
Erfahrung auf den Gebieten Hydraulik , Motorentechnik und Elektrik wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in der Mess- und Prüftechnik wünschenswert
Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Word und Excel
Gute Deutsch-/Niederländisch- und Englischkenntnisse
